這次會分享大銀「照顧者花園」項目的設計經驗。「照顧者花園」是大銀與博愛醫院合辦的「照顧．無界限—認知障礙症照顧者支援計劃」。大銀會透過網頁提供詳盡照顧資訊，並推出手機App帶動討論，同時經面書群組互相交流。博愛則在美孚開辦實體的照顧中心，提供暫託服務。
社福機構要持續發展及獲得資助，不斷需要推出新服務和建立具吸引力的數碼平台。在激發原有同事跳出框框引發創意之餘，亦要讓新同事及協作機構，盡快了解機構核心能力和文化，才能設計出適合的產品/服務。近年大家都說要應用資訊科技，很多時卻在與外判公司或機構內其他科技部門合作時，遇到很多棘手問題，都因為在開始時，未搞清楚各種核心問題。這次講座會介紹一些簡單實用的方法，幫助大家有系統地重新思考現有核心能力，腳踏實地去創新，才能事半功倍。

Under her leadership, she helped both companies gain global recognitions and won several World and Asia Media Awards by WAN-IFRA, and New York Film Festival.Christina has a unique blend of multi-disciplinary experiences in the field of digital media development, user experience design, brand strategy, documentary production, urban planning and e-commerce.
