Refunds

Sorry, no refunds. Tickets are transferable, but no refunds will be issued by the Australian Association of Hong Kong. The Australian Association of Hong Kong will issue no refunds.

TYPHOON AND BLACK RAINSTORM POLICY

In the Event that a Typhoon signal number 8 or higher or a Black Rainstorm warning is hoisted by The Hong Kong Observatory on the day of the Event, or when such signal or warning was released less than six hours prior to the agreed commencement time of the event, the Event may be cancelled.

IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED

In such circumstances, we may reschedule the Event within three (3) months if the venue is available. If we and the venue cannot agree on a new date within three months from the original date, the Event shall be deemed cancelled, and the cancellation policy will be applied.
