The Fashion Union Workshop Terms & Conditions

1. 活動報名名額以先到先得形式取得。
The registration for the event is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

2. 通過 The Fashion Union FB/IG網頁可瀏覽工作坊資料及網上報名。 屆時亦可於工作坊開始前15分鐘親臨現場即時報名。
Workshop information can be found at The Fashion Union FB/IG. You can also register in person 15mins prior to the start time.

3. 報名一經作實將不可更改或取消，如需取消或因任何理由而未能出席課堂，主辦單位不會作出補堂或其他安排。有關的名額亦不可轉讓他人。

Once the registration is made, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you want to cancel or fail to attend the workshop for any reason, the Organiser will not offer make-up session nor any other arrangement. Related vacancy cannot be transferred to another person.

4. 如因活動取消或未達開班人數 (3人)，主辦單位有權取消課堂，恕不另行通知。​

If the workshop is cancelled or the number of participants is less than the class minimum requirement (3 persons), the Organiser will cancel the workshop without prior notice.

5. 於活動開始前3小時，若天文台仍發出八號預警 / 八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號 / 黑色暴雨警告信號，或政府發出「極端情況」公佈，則課堂將會取消；如警告於課堂開始前三小時除下，課堂則不受影響，可如期上課。

When Pre-No. 8 Special Announcement / Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning / "Extreme Conditions" Announcement is issued 3 hours before the commencement of the workshop, the workshop will be cancelled. If the warning signal is lowered or removed 3 hours before the commencement of workshop, the workshop will not be affected and will be conducted according to schedule.

6. 於必要時主辦單位可有權更改原定課程之導師、上課時間或地點。所有活動資料均以主辦單位最新公布為準，如有更改，恕不另行通知。如有任何異議，主辦單位擁有最後的決定權。​

The Organiser has the right to change the workshop time, location, and tutor. Each workshop details are subject to the Organiser’s latest updates. Kindly note that details are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any objection, the Organiser has the final decision.

7. 於活動進行期間，除學員外，其他人仕不得進入工作坊或妨礙活動進行。職員有權拒絕有關人士參加該次活動。​

During the workshop, no one other than the participant himself or herself may enter, any intention to hinder the running of workshop is also prohibited. The staff has the right to refuse the person to participate in the workshop.

8. 所有於工作坊進行時所拍攝的相片或錄像，將會用作宣傳或推廣之用。相片及錄像版權將歸主辦單位所有。​若閣下不欲於活動中被拍攝或將有關資料作其他用途，請告知活動職員，職員將會作出相應安排。
All photos or videos taken during the workshop will be used for publicity or promotion. Photo and video copyrights will be owned by the Organiser. If you do not wish to be photographed at the event or have them used for other purposes, please inform the event staff and the staff will make the corresponding arrangement.

9. 由於工作坊內容（包括但不限於文字、圖片、連結等）和課堂資源均由課程的合作伙伴(或導師)提供，主辦單位不會就其有關事項負上責任。​

Since the content and resources of the workshop (including but not limited to text, images, links, etc.) are provided by the course partners (or tutors), the Organiser will not be responsible for its related matters.

10. 除特別註明外，所有工作坊均以粵語進行。

All workshops are conducted in Cantonese unless otherwise stated.

11. 參加者需自行負責閣下的行為及安全，並需遵從活動導師的帶領和指示，和遵守場地規則。Participants are responsible for their behaviour and safety at all times. They shall follow with the directions and instructions of the tutor and comply with the Site Rules and Regulations.

12. 主辦單位有權隨時修改本條例，而不另行通知​。

13. 如閣下按下「登記」 鍵後，即表示閣下已細閱並同意接受本服務的 條款及細則 及 個人資料(私隱) 條例 的約束◦

本條款及細則的中、英文版本若有任何歧義，概以英文版為準。
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
