Edible Materials as Creative Mediums: with a Case Study of the ‘Edible Archive of Weather’ | Deep Food TalkDeep Food co-founder Cindy Chan will share her discovery journey in creating design work with edible materials. Drawing on her creative experience in the earlier MRC commissioned work, the ‘Edible Archive of Weather’, she will unfold the bitter and the sweeter of using such a multi-sensory design material. Following her talk, she will invite PolyU participants to join her hands as explorers in designing edible materials, with the ‘Edible Archive of Everything’ experimental project attempting to co-create a collective ‘museum’ of edible archives.
