Emotional Support Skills for Parents Workshop is an interactive training supporting your children with practical skills. This workshop is suitable for caregivers or parents of youth in Hong Kong.

  • Your role as a parent/ caregiver: Setting healthy boundaries
  • Setting up conversations: Do's and Don'ts
  • Active listening skills
  • Video demonstrations
  • Maypole role-play
  • Role-plays
  • Group discussions
  • Self-care tips
  • Q&A


The sessions will run between 7pm-10pm. Refreshments will not be provided, but are available to purchase in the building.
