About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

"I miss my mom."

"I miss my daughter."

As we get older and busier, and as some of us travel the world and settle down in different time zones, it gets harder and harder to find time to really nurture our primary female bond: our mother-daughter bond.

The phone calls don't really cut it. Neither do the video calls with the noise and commotion in the background. The small talk about your day is... nice, but truthfully kind of empty and repetitive.
What we really need is a conscious, intentional space where we can connect on deeper, soulful levels... where we can be seen deeply for exactly who we are and work to disconnect from the constant masculine energy we find ourselves in.

As a women, finding time each week to practice embodiment and authenticity is crucial, but being able to do so with your mother or daughter is extraordinarily special.

These sessions will include:
🧘🏻‍♀️ guided meditation and embodiment practices to get you out of your mind and more into your body.
💡 deconstruction of patriarchal narratives that keep us playing small.
🎬 connection games with your mom/daughter to practice being seen authentically.
👭🏻 vulnerable sharing and relating practices in a safe space with women going through the same things.

This workshop is for everyone:

  • If you have a strong mother-daughter bond but struggle to find time for each other or live on other sides of the world: here is your opportunity for intentional, deep bonding time that will cut straight through the superficial small talk we have been trained to endure.
  • If you have a rocky mother-daughter bond but wish you were closer: authentic relating practice could be instrumental in helping navigate through the issues as loving equals, trying to understand, relate, mend and move forward with new acceptance and peace.
  • If you have a strong mother-daughter bond but would like to go deeper together into healing generational wounding... Wow!

Carve out just 2 hours of your month to really connect to yourself and your lineage. Remember we are all human and all just doing our best. Let's find some peace and joy through laughter, tears, connection and GRACE.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be in the same room as my daughter/mother?

No, these workshops work on the premise that you are both logged in on different computers from different locations. However, if you are joining from the same house, you could choose to share one computer.

Will the sessions be recorded?

No, due to the sensitive nature of the sharing, this workshop is only available live. The session will not be recorded.

What if I don't feel like sharing details?

You are only ever encouraged to share what you are comfortable to share. What you keep to yourself is your business. The mother-daughter connection games will be conducted in breakout rooms, which means that you will have privacy from the other participants.

Organized by

Hi, I'm Nastacia.

For years I hid who I was because I was told I was too much, too emotional, weird, "a lot", loud, etc. Sound familiar? Well, it's the biggest lie they every told us, just because they were too small. No more. So now, it's my mission to stand up to these narratives and hold anyone's hand who wants to join me.

My spaces incorporate a mixtures of authentic relating practices, embodiment, movement and sound to bring peace, love and belonging back to the body and vulnerability and authenticity back to our relationships.
