Concert Lineup:

Adéline Châtaigne (@dra.seil)
Sometimes the room is an instrument too.

Adéline Châtaigne is a Hong Kong based bedroom folk artist who evokes everyday waves of emotions through visceral and inciting lyricism. Drawing from contemporary movements such as lowercase music and artists like John Cage, she reframes her recordings to focus on settings' ambient soundscapes, incorporating them into leading the orchestra of her music, all while presenting soft-spoken texts over delicate fingerpicking, akin to the works of Madison Cunningham, Gwenji, and Gigi Perez.

ASTROJOKE (@astrojoke_archive)
ASTROJOKE is an anachronistic artist and marginal curator blending underground arts, noise, and improvisation with post-ironic inquiry. Her work explores turntablism, cut-up, and art brut to challenge the relationship between sound, techne, and ocularcentrism, with each performance constructing abstract ideas. A regular in Hong Kong’s experimental music scene since debuting as a digital cut-up DJ at Twenty Alpha, she now focuses on how digital DJing and mobile phones transcend virtuosity by refining natural loops, sound fragments, and blank spaces, shaping brutal infrastructures through real-time responses.

DJ Kittyflip (@gingerfanpage123)
New to Hong Kong, UK-based DJ Kittyflip expresses their gender-fluidity through genre-fluidity. A regular at queer parties in Bristol, Kittyflip loves to experiment with anything from industrial techno to ambient experimental. For MTWM they’ll be spinning a web ranging from early EBM and cyberpunk industrial to modern goth anthems. See u on the dancefloor MMeow!

DJ Mommytitzzz (@annamal_ism)
Part dancefloor priestess, part chaotic mother hen, DJ Mommytitzzz brings soaring trance, emotional techno, and a cheeky touch of house to the dancefloor. Expect big feels, bigger hugs, and euphoric builds that’ll make you fall in love with strangers under strobe lights. Her sets are a ritual of queer joy—sweaty, sparkly, and just a little bit slutty.

Special Guests - The Crush (@thecrush_hk)
Formed in early 2021, The Crush quickly established themselves in the local Hong Kong scene with their intense, yet comforting blend of shoegaze-ladened and coldwave-tinged post-punk. Their dark and brooding debut EP, “Valentine”, was released in early 2022, with Spotify editors and curators immediately picking up fan-favourite track “Chloé” for their playlists. Following the theme of naming releases with seasonal influence, the bands’ debut full-length, “Winter Veil”, was released on Christmas Day of 2023, followed by a sold-out release show shortly after.

(We want anyone to be able to come to the concert, regardless of their financial situation. A limited number of solidarity tickets are reserved at this event for the disadvantaged, students and those not currently earning. We hope those who can will opt for standard, full price tickets; leaving affordable options available to those who need them.

If you would be willing to give us some of your time to volunteer, we may be able to offer you a free ticket. Please contact us at @milkteawithoutmilk or contact@milkteawithoutmilk.com)
