A stronger and faster pace Vinyasa flow class where you will explore a variety of postures to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Expect to explore progressions into stronger postures to deepen your practice further, whilst still maintaining a focus of linking your breath to movement. Although stronger postures and dynamic sequences maybe found in this class, modifications will be provided so the class is suitable for all levels.
