• Medical or nursing students in Hong Kong 香港醫科或護理科學生：HK$300
• Others 其他人士：HK$800

*Remarks *備註：

1. *The fee includes all sessions of the entire Symposium and lunch. Seating for the breakout sessions is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.費用包括整個研討會所有環節及午膳。分組環節座位有限，先到先得。
2. Member rate is only applicable to those who have become members of Rare Disease Hong Kong ( i.e. having received a membership confirmation letter) before registration. 會員價只適用於報名前已成為香港罕見疾病聯盟會員的人士（即已收到會員確認信）。
3. Each participant (including accompanying caregivers) must register. 每名參加者（包括陪行照顧者）均須登記報名。
4. The registration fee is non-refundable. 登記報名後，報名費恕不退回。
