New Dellily (1 April 2023 | 10:45-11:45am)

YouTuber

Pranali Gupta (Lily) began her YouTube career as New Dellily in November 2019, aiming to raise awareness about Indian culture in Hong Kong with bilingual content (Cantonese & English). Despite being born and brought up in Hong Kong, Lily loves and cherishes India. Incorporating her abundant cheerfulness and sense of humor in her videos, she strives to shed more light on common stereotypes and misconceptions about India and its people. After being selected as one of eight YouTubers to be featured in the YouTube Creator Spotlight in 2020, she collaborated with various companies, each time incorporating some aspects of Indian culture into her content. She has worked with Disneyland, Red Cross, Body Shop, Universal Music, Pomato, and also done a few ViuTV web episodes. More recently, she played a role in an Indian-style movie made in Hong Kong - My Indian Boyfriend, which was released in May 2021. Going forward, Lily hopes to use this momentum to continue sharing about the rich history and colorful background of India.
