Kendra Koh bio:
Having always been fascinated by the power of visuals and storytelling, Kendra makes use of her filming and directing skills to portray sentimental human stories.
Graduated in The Chinese University of Hong Kong's School of Journalism and Communication, Kendra believes that her awareness of news, society and the local community is well-reflected in her work. She has worked as a full-time director and cinematographer in various fields, including commercials and fashion short films. She was a senior videographer at Hypebeast for 3.5 years. She has worked with commercial brands like HSBC, Johnnie Walker, Hong Kong Tourism Board, Greenpeace, and various LVMH fashion brands.
Her directing work also crosses different fields from music videos to TVC and documentaries, cultivating local Hong Kong culture, such as ViuTV's "The Nocturnes" and "Game Day" etc. Her cinematography work with Vice News has been nominated for Emmy Awards’s “Outstanding Coverage of a Breaking News Story in a Newscast”.
