With 27 years in the search industry, Mathew heads ConnectedGroup (55+ staff). He developed and refined the firm's end-to-end methodology, focusing on optimising processes and implementing solutions that drive scalable growth. He has also established the firm’s social purpose and launched www.Recruit4Good.com. He is currently focused on their retained model (ConnectedSearch) and is building CG’s ESG & Sustainability specialism for APAC.
