On Wednesday 30th March, at the Hilton Hotel in Shinjuku, see and hear first hand how the right technology is the key to delivering the complete meeting experience. Access to Hilton Tokyo

2-minutes walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station (Exit C8). Once you get out of the ticket gates at Nishi-Shinjuku Station, take the underground passageway to the right, towards Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. After walking approx. 2 minutes, you will see the Hilton sign at Exit C8. When you arrive at the hotel, please come to the 4th floor.

*Those with a high fever (37.5℃ or higher) on the day of the event will not be allowed to enter. Please wear a mask during the event, except when eating and drinking.

ヒルトン東京へのアクセス

「西新宿駅」 (C8出口)より徒歩約2分です。「西新宿駅」改札を出て、右方向、東京都庁方面への地下通路を進み、2分程度歩くと右側にC8出口ヒルトンのサインが見えます。ホテルに着きましたら、４階のイベント会場にお越しください。

※イベント当日に高熱がある方（37.5℃以上）は入場をお断りいたします。また、イベントでは、飲食以外でのマスク着用をお願いします。
